Duty Roster
The rosters for the 2025 season is below. Each family will be allocated one duty per child, ie if you have two children playing with the Club, you will be allocated two duties.
The duty roster will be publised at the start of the season on Team App, Facebook and here.
Duty consists of the following
-Canteen
-Pop up Shop
-Ground Set up
-Ground Pack up
Parents/carers please make sure that you have your duty covered. WWKJRL will not be organising fill in's if you cannot do your duty, please arrange swaps yourself. Please notify the club via the team app Duty Chat group prior to Friday with the fill in name.
If you are nervous please remember, we all started out not knowing what to do, there are plenty of friendly faces around that will assist. Committee members will be available on the day to provide guidance and help.
Coaches are not expected to help out with duty, we understand their commitment to the club has been fulfilled.
Executive Committee members are not on the duty roster as they have fulfilled their duties in other capacities over the season. They will be floating around filling in when required, on duty day from the start of the day to the end.
